Do you  deliver products the same day?
Yes, we can deliver products the same day if the time is not already booked.
 
Do you pick up Medela Symphony® Breastpump rentals?
Yes, for a $10 fee. Select Pick Up My Breastpump in the shop page and delivery day and time.
 
Is the $10 Delivery Fee refundable?
Yes, if canceled within 6 hours before your scheduled delivery.
 
How do I cancel a delivery?
Email, hello@thenewmomshop.com to cancel or through your delivery confirmation.
 
Can I return any unused products?
Purchases can be exchanged for store credit or new item within 14 days if in mint condition. All sale items are final sale. To return items, simply send them back to us at The New Mom Shop - Returns, 16101 Ventura Blvd. Suite 230, Encino, CA 91436. We will issue you a credit as soon as the item is received.

I can’t find what I need, do you carry more items in another location?
If it’s not listed on the website, don’t hesitate to email us to see if we carry the product in our sister store, A Mother’s Haven.
